Insider tip! Avoid Sat. and Sun. turn over days when the entire island (500,000+) is funneled into 2 roads. You’ll coast in on Friday and hang around the ocean or pool while the other 500,000 are stuck in traffic for an extra 5+ hours, both coming and going the next day.
Our unique check-in/check-out policy adds a half-day to your vacation plus gives you a full weekend after your vacation before you need to join the rat race once more. You will not find this convenient check-in/check-out at any of the other rental companies in the Outer Banks area.

RENTAL POLICY
For a short stay, less than a week, you can use any days of the week you like but you need to start or end on a Friday our chance over day during prime season. Out of season, we are flexible with whatever dates you need.
Half down will be due with the lease. The second half is required 60 days prior to rental. We can accommodate 4 payments depending on how far in advance you book. We accept PayPal or Personal Checks. WIRE TRANSFERS, only per your request. No matter who you are renting from, if they are requesting a wire transfer, you may be getting scammed.
October until May, we will make every effort to customize our dates to fit your schedule. SMOKING PERMITTED OUTSIDE ONLY.
